Our Group Study Guide Now Has a Permanent Home!

Writer: Invite Welcome ConnectInvite Welcome Connect

We’re thrilled to announce that the Invite Welcome Connect Group Study Guide now has a permanent home on our website! Since launching the study guide, we’ve been overwhelmed by the enthusiasm from congregations and ministry leaders who are using it to deepen their understanding of radical welcome and relational evangelism. To make it even easier to access, we’ve created a dedicated page where you can always find the guide and related resources.

You can now find the study guide under the Free Resources menu on our website or by visiting www.invitewelcomeconnect.com/bookstudy.

The Invite Welcome Connect Group Study Guide is designed to support small groups, ministry teams, and congregations as they engage with the Invite Welcome Connect book in a structured and meaningful way. This six-session study provides guided discussions, thought-provoking questions, and actionable steps to help participants reflect on how their churches practice invitation, welcome, and connection. Each session corresponds to sections of the book, allowing for a deep dive into the theological and practical foundations of this transformational ministry.

Study groups can use either the print (pdf) version of the Study Guide, or the corresponding videos, which are now complete and available on the same web page.

Through this study, participants will explore:

  • The spiritual and theological basis for invitation and hospitality

  • Practical strategies for fostering a welcoming church culture

  • The importance of relational evangelism in today’s world

  • Ways to empower and equip lay leaders in this ministry

  • Reflection exercises and real-world applications for congregational growth

Whether you’re exploring the framework for the first time or returning to it for deeper reflection, this resource is here to support you in making your church a more inviting, welcoming, and connected community.

We encourage you to share this page with your church community, clergy, and lay leaders who are passionate about cultivating a culture of invitation, welcome, and connection. And as always, we’d love to hear from you—let us know how your group is using the guide and what insights you’re gaining!
